Winchester Mystery House Website
Have you guys heard of the Winchester House? It was built by the wife of the inventor of the Winchester Rifle. Her husband and kid had died and she was worried about being next. So she saw a psychic and was told that the ghosts of victims killed by the Winchester rifle were after her and to build a house so they couldn't get her. So she built this house, which was under constant construction until she died. That's not the strangest part though. She built it like a maze. There are doors that open onto walls, or off the side of the building. There are windows that are doors and stairs that go to nowhere. There are doors that only open one way and not the other. It's pretty cool. I would love to build a house like that. I would put in a few other things also. I mean, how awesome would it to play games in a house like that? Like laser tag or just hide and seek. Man, that would be fun.

American Space Travel
Commercially Built SpaceX Falcon 9 Hurtles Toward International Space Station
This is so cool! A private space shuttle is going to the international space station. It was seriously depressing when NASA retired their last space shuttle. I mean, I had barely begun to figure out that space engineering (what I like to call being an engineer who works on things going to outer space) was what I wanted to do with my mechanical engineering degree. So reading an article like this, and learing that other private companies are also working towards space travel, is really comforting.

Short Update
I finished college! Woo! But I'm still really busy right now, getting ready to move in with my boyfriend in another state. All I've gotta say is shipping is way too expensive. And I'm not even moving all of my stuff right now, I'm waiting for us to get a bigger apartment for that. But, once I'm done moving, I should be able to actually do posts like I used to. I've fallen behind becuase life keeps happening, but I'm always running across things I'd like to share. So stay tuned starting next month, I should be posting more often. :)

Fringe Gets a Fifth Season!
Fringe is getting a fifth, but unfortunately last, season.
I'm really happy they're letting the show finish up properly. Even though the main guys in charge have said that the end of the 4th season would work as a series finale, I feel better knowing they get to write something intended as a series finale. Here's the announcement video:
Does this have some clues to the fifth season in it? It will probably be easier to tell once we know how the 4th ends.

Quick Update
Sorry about the lack of updates. Last semester in college and school does not want to let me go. It's eating up all my time. I'll start up again once the semester ends and I graduate next month.

Last Semester
Today is the first day of my last semester of undergraduate study. It's a pretty weird thought that I'll be graduating in five months; I've been in school (and Tucson) for so long, it's strange that things are changing. Exciting, but weird. I love it. :)
